Mind-Body Medicine for Transformative Healing

WITH DR. KARI LOGAN

Mae Mind Body is moving!

Starting on April 1, 2025 in person appointments will be held at the new office.

916 E. Miller St Seattle, WA, 98102

Please check you appointment confirmation emails for detailed instructions.

My work is here to reconnect you, to catalyze your healing, to help you remember your innate magic.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, IBS, chronic pain, or simply that lingering feeling that something needs to change…

I’m here to help you resolve the distress you have now AND address the big picture of what’s been causing the symptoms all along.

Our Philosophy:

HOLISTIC ~ BODY AFFIRMING ~ ANTI-CAPITALIST

Mae Mind Body is a fat positive, body affirming, Queer-celebrating, anti-white supremacist, anti-capitalist, Indigenous-honoring practice . We are always in study to deepen our understanding of the ways we have participated in harm, and the ways we can come into reciprocal relationship with the earth and all its creatures.

Dr. Kari operates with reverence for the stolen land on which she practices, honoring the Coast Salish and Duwamish Peoples and their continued fight for federal recognition.

Our Tools:

BIOFEEDBACK ~ ACUPUNCTURE ~ CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY ~ VISCERAL MANIPULATION ~ BOTANICAL MEDICINE

What’s Happening in Your Body and Mind?

Maybe you experience:

Anxiety

racing thoughts, muscle tension, tightness in your chest or belly, unpredictable digestion, feeling like you can't get a breath

Overwhelm

the feeling that it’s hard to engage with the world or everything is just too much, frequent sighing, feeling like a deer in headlights

Whatever it is, Mind Body Medicine is here to reconnect you to yourself and help you to practice change.

My holistic approach is customized to each unique person I work with. You’ll be empowered  to understand your body/mind and regulate your nervous system, which is at the core of many conditions and diagnoses.

While this work has been shown to be effective in resolving the symptoms you see here, it’s worth noting that it is not a quick fix. Which is even better, because we’ll address not only your current symptoms, but also the reasons why you’re having them in the first place so that you can prevent them from returning.
